Job Title: Program Manager, AI Projects
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Program Manager, AI Projects to join our client to help drive the successful delivery of AI initiatives that improve operations across manufacturing and distribution environments. This role focuses on guiding projects from concept through deployment while aligning technical solutions with business goals. The Program Manager will collaborate with leadership to identify high value opportunities and ensure measurable outcomes such as efficiency gains and return on investment. This is a remote, contract to hire opportunity offering exposure to enterprise level AI transformation efforts.
Compensation:
$70 to $75 per hour
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST
Key Responsibilities of the Program Manager, AI Projects:

• Lead the execution of AI programs from planning through implementation and ongoing support, ensuring alignment with business priorities
• Partner with stakeholders to define use cases, translate operational challenges into scalable AI solutions, and measure success through defined metrics
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, resources, and risk management while maintaining a high standard of delivery quality
• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to support AI pilots, production rollouts, and adoption across the organization
• Ensure responsible AI practices by addressing considerations such as data quality, bias, security, and regulatory compliance

Qualifications and Skills for the Program Manager, AI Projects:

• Demonstrated experience within manufacturing or supply chain environments, including exposure to operational processes and systems
• Background working in private equity backed organizations within the $500 million to $3 billion revenue range, including involvement in mergers and acquisitions
• Proven ability to manage AI initiatives in enterprise production settings, with hands on experience delivering solutions beyond conceptual stages
• Familiarity with modern AI tools such as Copilot and Claude, along with strong project and IT management experience totaling 8 to 10 years
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with certifications such as PMP or Agile considered a plus
