This direct-hire role is based onsite in the Bensalem, PA area, requiring 4–5 days per week in the office. As the founding member of the data team, you will play a pivotal role in laying the foundation for enterprise-wide data architecture, governance, and analytics. This position is ideal for someone with both the vision to architect strategy and the hands-on expertise to execute solutions that create measurable business impact.   Work Schedule: • Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM • Onsite 4–5 days per week   Key Responsibilities of the ETL Data Developer: • Design and implement scalable data architecture, pipelines, and integration frameworks to connect ERP, CRM, and manufacturing systems. • Establish governance practices and best-in-class standards for metadata management, data lineage, and security controls. • Build a modern data warehouse and lakehouse environment from the ground up, ensuring data is accurate, accessible, and business-ready. • Lead the adoption of cloud platforms and orchestration tools (Azure, AWS, Databricks, dbt, Airflow, Azure Data Factory) to optimize performance and scalability. • Partner with stakeholders across a flat, cross-functional organization to translate business requirements into measurable outcomes and analytics solutions. • Provide technical leadership by guiding platform selection, mentoring future hires, and collaborating with consultants as the function grows.   Qualifications and Skills for the ETL Data Developer: • Proven ability to build production-grade data pipelines (ETL/ELT) and integrate multiple enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, manufacturing systems). • Strong proficiency in SQL and Python, with a solid software engineering foundation. • Experience building a data warehouse and data lake from scratch, including setting up a lakehouse environment. • Demonstrated expertise in data governance, including tools such as Microsoft Purview or governance solutions within AWS/Snowflake. • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Databricks, etc.) and orchestration/integration tools (dbt, Airflow, Azure Data Factory). • Ability to design and implement scalable data architecture and make foundational platform/tooling decisions. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered. • Minimum 2 years of experience in building production data infrastructure and pipelines. • Strong communication skills and the confidence to partner with business stakeholders, recommend solutions, and deliver measurable outcomes.   Why Join Us?
