Key Responsibilities: As a UX Product Design Lead, you will be responsible for creating unique, clean and delightful experiences for all stakeholders Deeply understand user behaviors (external customers and internal users) every step of the way, and solve pain points for them through better UX design Drive the design vision of the company, working closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Product Marketing leaders Work closely with Product Management and Engineering to plan and create a backlog, push features and design updates, and QA and fix bugs Work on features and products that cross all experiences; both involving lab processes and software (desktop, mobile web, and native mobile) Design and iterate solutions with various stakeholders in a fast-paced environment Present your work effectively through prototypes, user journey diagrams etc., and help guide decision-making in a thoughtful, empathic, and productive way User quantitative and qualitative data to create designs that serve the user Requirements: To be successful, you’ll need to be a customer-centric designer that balances business goals with creative execution 4+ years of product design experience, with at least 1+ years independently leading UX projects Diagnostic testing, genetics, or biotech experience is preferred Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to think and articulate objectively Extensive experience with Figma, Sketch, Abstract, Overflow, and Zeplin Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and Segment #LI-JK1 #LI-REMOTE
