Overview:??
?Our client needs a Senior MuleSoft Developer. As a developer you will be accountable for overall delivery of a set of integrated, technically sound solutions for their assigned programs and/or projects. This is a hybrid position onsite in Philadelphia Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday.
Responsibilities:
Function as the primary point of contact for the technical components of the project to the Program/Project Manager and ISD Management.

Deliver the technical components of the project with a focus on meeting the defined delivery time, budgetary and quality commitments.
Present a cohesive view of the technical components of the project.
Ensure that the technical team works together and seamlessly provides project deliverables through team work.
Communicate with stakeholders on service performance and issues.
Provide technical/project consultative services to Technical Organizations outside of ISD (i.e. Informatics, etc)
Deliver the overall quality of the technical project artifacts.
Maintain the Estimate to Complete (ETC) monthly project re-forecasting process for their assigned project (s).
Deliver the assigned SDLC artifacts.
Qualifications:
3-4+ years of MuleSoft Anypoint
Experience in SQL databases.
Technical documentation for progress/issues.
People experience to handle complex initiatives with the team and drive the team to success.
Support junior resources and have strong expertise to bring issues forward with design.

Hands-on EDI experience (working with claims, enrollment, etc., electronically).

Our client a national health care insurance company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst with strong SQL skills and deep understanding of data warehousing concepts. The Business Systems Analyst (SQL) role on the Enterprise Integration Management Data Warehouse team requires experience in creating Business Requirement Documents, Functional Requirement Documents and Mapping documents for the development of ETL applications. This role requires extensive SQL experience in writing complex queries across multiple tables, data analysis and profiling skills for the creation of the mapping documents and further discussion with data modelers for the necessary table designs. The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator and problem-solver with a solid technical foundation in SQL and data analysis, coupled with a deep understanding of business requirements and data warehousing
This position is an ONSITE HYBRID role located in Center City Philadelphia and is Contract-to-hire with an anticipated conversion after 6 months.

Responsibilities:
Work with external vendors and internal business stakeholders in a variety of interactions including but not limited to issue resolution, requirements gathering, and ensuring efficient communication workflows.
Regularly create Business Requirement Documents (BDR), User Test Documents, and Training and reference documentation.
Confidently work with users and stakeholders to conduct interviews and gather thorough requirements.
Recurrently execute the following SQL functions at an expert level including SQL joins, writing complex SQL queries, and SQL clauses including “Where” and “Group By”
Create SQL rankings and partitions
Perform SQL data filtering and data aggregation
Use SQL to retrieve, manipulate, or analyze data from databases
Frequently perform data profiling activities including column analysis, data quality assessments, relationship discovery, data distribution analysis to gain insights into the data in order to make informed decisions about how to manage, clean, transform, and use the data effectively.
Execute data gap analysis to identify disparities or discrepancies in data quality, completeness, consistency, or relevance between the current state of data and the desired state.
Collaborate on activities associated to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Data Validation
Perform data management functions including Change Data Capture (CDC) to capture and track changes made to data in a database or data warehouse
Execute standard Data Quality activities including data deduplication and Data Referential Integrity
Skill/Experience/Education
Highly prefer candidates with knowledge of Healthcare Claims, Client Setup and Premium Billing
Deep understanding of Business Analysis concepts and successful application of standard methodologies
Strong Data Profiling and Data Analysis skills
Expert SQL analysis and SQL development skills
