Overview:
Our client, a Philadelphia based B2B and B2C Manufacturing company, is seeking an experienced ERP Analyst to join the team!
This is a contract to hire position and they are looking for someone interested in longevity in their career within the company.
This is an ONSITE position- 5 days a week in Northeast Philadelphia, hours are 7-4 or 8-5.
Summary:
Our client is seeking a skilled and dynamic ERP Analyst to join their team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise and hands-on experience with ERP systems, particularly Mapics or Infor ERP or similar platforms. This role will be instrumental in optimizing ERP performance, solving system issues, and supporting business operations in a manufacturing or similar industry. The successful candidate will also bring strong SQL and reporting skills using Power BI, along with troubleshooting abilities. Additional knowledge in RPG coding and EDI is highly desirable, as is familiarity with IT operations.
Key Responsibilities:
ERP System Administration:
Manage, configure, and optimize the ERP system (Mapics, Infor ERP or similar) to meet business needs.
Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues, including changing and unlocking files, creating new users, and handling system performance issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement ERP updates, customizations, and enhancements.
Data Management & Reporting:
Write and maintain complex SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
Develop and deliver business reports and dashboards using Power BI to support decision-making.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy across ERP and reporting systems.
Issue Resolution:
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve ERP and IT-related problems promptly.
Work closely with IT and business teams to identify process improvements and resolve inefficiencies.
Additional Development & Support:
Provide support for EDI systems, ensuring smooth data exchange with external partners.
Assist in RPG coding tasks to maintain and develop ERP-related functionalities (as needed).
Collaborate with IT operations teams to enhance overall system performance and reliability.
Qualifications:
Required Experience:
7+ years of hands-on experience with Infor ERP or a similar ERP platform.
Strong proficiency in SQL and database management.
Expertise in creating interactive dashboards and reports with Power BI.
Proven experience in manufacturing or a similar industry.
Strong troubleshooting skills related to ERP systems and related applications.
Preferred Experience:
Familiarity with RPG coding for ERP system customization.
Experience working with EDI systems and managing data exchanges.

Position Overview
We are seeking a hands-on IT Infrastructure Manager to oversee and evolve our technology environment across multiple brands and locations. This role will focus on infrastructure oversight, Microsoft O365 administration, vendor management, cyber assessments, and helping unify disparate VOIP systems into a cohesive, centralized framework. Key Responsibilities
