Job Summary: We are seeking an entry-level IT Business Analyst (or Business Systems Analyst) to support healthcare technology initiatives within our organization. Familiarity with tools such as Sigma, SQL, Visual Studio, or similar platforms. Exposure to or interest in UX design principles and the ability to collaborate with design and development teams to improve user experience. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable business improvements. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with healthcare-specific systems is a plus. Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Bachelor’s degree in Health Information Systems, Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
